I guess it is his own fault. I would never pay to get a job, only if it were the best out there and after my position in the place was secure would I pay up.

Virtualy allthe recruiting firm we have around today are fraudstars, there;s no one of them that is real, they are only out to defraud job seekers. Imagine asking someone without a job to pay you to get a job. Does it make any sense, asking someone to give what they dont have? Some of this job seeker even had to borrow money. All recruiting firms should be bound from carrying out such activities, is just that our society lives on corruption, it would have been very posiible to enforce such a law. An example of a fraudulent recruiting agency is ESTHER BREAKTHROUGH LIMITED, 82 CLEGG STREET, BYFEDERAL FIRE SERVICE, OFF WESTERN AVENUE, OJUELEGBA SURULERE, LAGOS. This agency go as far as plannig with the so called firm that poses to need an employee to defraud job seekers. An example of such posers is BAROSYS CONSULT AT OBRITUS PLACE, 15 AKINREMI STREET, ANIFOWOSHE, OFF OBAFEMI AWOLOWO WAY, IKEJA, LAGOS. This my personal experience.
