Following a foiled terrorist attack on an American passenger plane by one of his citizens, the country is now being penalised. In a BBC HARDTALK interview on Friday 22nd January 2010 Jonathan Charles asks Nigeria’s foreign minister Ojo Maduekwe what measures are being put in place by the government to prevent any further attacks.
